This release is the UNMODIFIED clean base installation I'm using to create the BetterRepack R3.1! No mods or translations are included!

Over the last few releases of my BetterRepack releases, I've been contacted by several users wishing to apply the HF-Patch to my repack. While this should work fine with the modded pack, it makes the included mods redundant, as the HF Patch is really feature rich for Koikatsu.
